TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read before placing an order

GENERAL

- Commissioning me means you are agreeing to my Term of service (TOS)

PAYMENTS

- Upfront payment only! I will only start working once I receive 100% commission payment.

REVISIONS

- Will only revise 4-5 times (from sketch and colors only) further changes will cost an extra charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- 1 - 2 month after payment.

USE

- Commissioned works are for personal usage only. You may not use them for any type of commercial purposes or receive profit from them unless you paid a commercial rights licensing fee.

- Commercial rights to commission can be purchased with the doubled base price of the artwork. Let me know firsthand if you intend to use the commission for commercial purposes.

- The commissioner may post the commissioned work however they wish as long as they give proper credit.

- Do not Trace, Copy, Steal, or Remove my watermark over my artworks..

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- All rights reserved to the artist: By default, I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in my portfolio, and archive

REFUNDS

- No refunds! Especially if I have already started working on your commission. If you wish to terminate a commission, do it beforehand.
